Terms of Service
Senseroutine is a sensory training game, free and supported by advertising. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat any condition.
01About these terms
These terms set out the conditions for using Senseroutine (the “app”), provided by BUKCS PTE. LTD. (“we”). Downloading and using the app means you accept them.
02What the service is
The app offers short reaction and memory games and a record of your results. Every feature is free, and the cost of running it is covered by advertising shown in the app.
We provide the app “as is”. We do not warrant that it fits a particular purpose or that it will run without interruption.
03Not a medical device
The app supports everyday brain-fitness activity. It is not a medical device, it is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition, and its records are not a test result or a diagnosis.
That we study usage records to develop health-related services is a separate matter from the app having an effect on any particular condition. The app makes no such claim.
If you are worried about a change in memory, attention or judgement, do not rely on the app’s records — speak to a healthcare professional.
04Use of your records
We analyse usage records to improve the service and for research and development, and pseudonymised records may be used in academic research and papers. The privacy policy explains this in full, including how to opt out.
05Your responsibilities
Please stay aware of your surroundings while using the app. Do not use it while walking or driving.
Reverse-engineering the app, sending abnormal requests to our servers, or attempting to falsify records is not permitted.
06Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, screen designs and copy in the app and on this site belong to us. They may not be copied or distributed without our prior consent.
07Changes and discontinuation
We may add, change or discontinue features. Where a change materially disadvantages users, we will give notice in the app or on this site beforehand.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the app. This does not limit liability for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Where you use the app as a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country where you habitually reside continue to apply.
